The interior of the Strasbourg Cathedral while impressive with it's tapestries and astronomical clock, plays second fiddle to the façade of the Strasbourg Cathedral itself which is ornately decorated in the Gothic style. Hundreds, if not thousands, of figures decorate the exterior, which also boasts an impressive rose window all in a slightly off-pink stone. The tallest cathedral when it was built, it is now the 6th tallest cathedral in the world.
