In the years I've been coming to Basler Fasnacht Silvio Berlusconi has been a favorite for lampooning. His antics are as well documented and better lampooned at the Basler Fasnacht as they are anywhere in the world.
With ongoing problems stemming from his love of "Bunga Bunga", this year Berlusconi appeared, in charecter, as "Spontisex Maximus" - a now well known Roman Emperor.
I really don't think there's anything I can say about this lantern that isn't better said by the lantern itself.
